Airbus needed us to build their internal campaigns and ensure campaigns were sent on demand to their suppliers and customers regarding business updates that impacted them.
Deliver clear, customer-facing information that keeps the format clean and easy to read. Templating and personalising for specific division's whether B2B or B2C for easy ongoing internal use.

Approach
We created an on-demand schedule and calendar which Airbus could use to both brief and request specific communications without having an internal team to deploy. We provided a full end-to-end service to build, strategise and deliver campaigns and customer lifecycle journeys to meet the end user's expectations.
