Disney had a suite of customer-facing programs that needed modernising and a strategy to deliver without interrupting business as usual. A key focus of the strategy we took to updating the existing creative. managing out-of-hours go-live as well as rigorous QA testing was made to ensure that when lifecycle updates was pushed live, the customer's experience was not compromised. At the forefront of making each email received by the customer personal and compelling.
